This is Aomugi, a restaurant that serves vegetable rice.

 

Aomugi is very close to Odawara Castle,
near Hakone,

A 3-minute walk from Hotoku Ninomiya Shrine.

Odawara Castle has wonderful views of the four seasons.

It is a very pleasant walk from the station.

Japan's traditional seasoning method

Seasonings such as miso, soy sauce, sake, and koji are made using traditional Japanese manufacturing techniques. In addition, we make miso soup and soup using dried kelp and dried shiitake mushrooms.

〇Fresh vegetables in Odawara

We use fresh vegetables that are pesticide-free and chemical fertilizer-free as much as possible, and try to use local production for local consumption. We offer 100% plant-based rice by skillfully combining beans, dried foods, grains, and seaweed with vegetables.

〇Use of reduced pesticides Koshihikari

Rice from Shizuoka Prefecture is cooked in a clay pot.Chemical fertilizers and pesticides are not used during the cultivation period.

We mainly use high-quality rapeseed oil, sesame oil, and olive oil. It is popular because fried food does not make your stomach heavy,
